Where the Corporation retains external advisors to assist in providing related professional services, the Corporation will only provide them with the information needed to provide such services.  The external advisor is also required to keep such personal information confidential.

Security – The Corporation is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. This information is retained within controlled facilities and protected from unauthorized access and retained for as long as reasonably required.

Use – The Corporation will use your personal information only for purposes of providing the professional services agreed upon and will not be used for any other purposes.
