Introduction

Nino G. Orlandi Professional Corporation (the Company) is owned by Nino G. Orlandi, Chartered Professional Accountant and is licensed to practice public accounting in Canada.

This site provides clients and visitors with background information as well as the various accounting and tax services that are available. Also, the site contains links to numerous tax, accounting and financial websites to assist you with some commonly requested information.

The Company is located in Nobleton, Ontario, a small community located at the north-west corner of Greater Toronto.  The practice consists primarily of providing business consulting, accounting, tax and other related serves to corporate and individual clients located throughout southern Ontario. Accounting and tax services are also provided to clients located outside of Ontario and Canada.

Although the range of business services provided is very broad, see the Services page, the Company has extensive experience with small (including start-ups) to medium size (sales exceeding $100,000,000) private owner/manager enterprises. The more typical services include corporate tax planning between shareholders and their companies, preparation of annual financial statements, including related notes, preparation of the corporate tax returns and related tax planning. The tax planning aspect is very broad and includes such topics as tax minimization, income splitting between family members, taking advantage of the corporate small business deduction, estate planning, ensuring companies have considered tax preference items such as SR&ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) claims, IPP’s (Individual Pension Plans), PHSP’s (Private Health Services Plan), and numerous other tax considerations.

In addition to business services, the Company also provides a broad range of personal tax services for individuals.

The Company has also aligned itself with various experts in related professional fields such as tax law, valuation, human resources, executive coaching, tax specialization, etc., to access their expertise when required.
